Never saw this model of kettle till I came across this one. Towards the lower part of the handle the plastic has melted some so please check out the photos and let me know if you have any questions. I’m not sure what it would take for the plastic part to be replaced or the remaining plastic could possibly be reshaped to be less obvious. The intention is to sell this as is so please inquire if you have any questions before you purchase. As you can see the rest of the kettle has some normal signs of use but not abused. I tested it full of boiling water to hear the sound and I’m not sure exactly what sound it’s supposed to make but I liked it.
