This is from Crystal Bay in Lake Tahoe area. This is a Black color chip.
Chip has the H&C mold. This casino opened in 1927 and closed in 1986 and open again in 1986.
Chip is in good used condition. Scan color of insets not true. I took pictures to show color and scans to show detail
