This is a Toy Dare-Devil Parachute ( These are old, if you use them, over time, they will break, as they are an old cheap, but really neat toy).
Throw the army man in the air and he has a plastic Parachute that is supposed to open (these are old and plastic could be aged, so selling as a collectible only)
This is from an original vintage find of plastic toys and are mint  (Warning,Not for children, small parts can be dangerous).
This is very nice and are new old stock (NOS) from the 1960s or could be late 1950s and was from a store that closed decades ago.
This type of plastic toy was found in dime stores or your local 5 & 10.
Very neat, this is being sold as a collectors toy, as
safety standards
have changed, and being sold as an
adult collectors item
and
not for children
as they are plastic and can be broken and could have sharp edges, and if chewed could cause harm and item could cause injury, these are intended to be stored away from children.
They will be in near new shape, just a little fading.
The army man is about 4.2 inches high.
They are hollow plastic.
