Returns:
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the date of shipping. There will be no restocking fee charged if the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sold (i.e with all accessories, documentation, original box/packaging), otherwise up to 15% restocking fee will be debited from the principal refund amount.
International buyers:
Our warranty covers products at the level of standard warranty offered in the country in which it is used. If a product is purchased in our mainland location (US) and moved to another country, it will not receive the current warranty coverage (30 days). Packaging and return shipping label will be covered at the buyer expenses.
Exchanges:
We apologize in advance, but we do not offer exchanges at this time. We ask that you return the unwanted item as per our above policy and reorder the new item instead.
