Once the item leaves our location, we are not responsible for any damage incurred.You will be responsible for any claims for damage with the carrier directly. All items are sold in "AS IS" Condition. All claims must be reportedto the carrier and to ourselves no later than 24 hours after delivery of theitem. Failure to do so will void any insurance on your behalf.
ITEM DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Before filing a claim with any sales channel. You agree to cooperate fully to obtain the insurance pay out including providing photos of the box and contents for the claim. Do not throw out the box. Upon notification of insurance claim (which is just a few days normally) granted we will issue afull refund to your payment processor (or send a replacement if in stock). All damage items claims with FedEx, UPS, USPS will require photos of the exterior, interior packaging, photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. Please do not discard any packaging materials or items, since the carrier may have to pick up the item for their claims review.
