The MULTI FIT Craftsman 1-layer replacement wet/dry shop vac filter is designed to pickup everyday dirt such as sawdust or typical debris found in basements, garages or vehicles. This MULTI FIT replacement filter is compatible with most CRAFTSMAN wet/dry vacs (5 - 20 Gal.s) made 1988 or after with the Qwik Lock filter cage.
The shop vacuum filter can be washed and, if dried properly, reused. Filters also help extend vacuum life as it protects the motor from harmful dust and debris. When vac performance decreases, it is recommended to change the filter for optimal power and with the simple installation, it makes filter changes a breeze. To install, press down near the center of the filter with both thumbs until the rubber opening of the filter locks in securely over the shop vac filter cage.
