Green Tea: 175°F, 2-3 mins
White Tea: 185°F, 2-4 mins
Oolong: 195°F, 3-4 mins
Herbal/Tisanes: 200°F, 4-6 mins
Black Tea: 212°F, 3-5 mins
Fresh, Homemade Tea In 4 Simple Steps
Step 1
Add water to the kettle. Remove the basket, fill with tea leaves, and reattach the basket to the magnetic post.
Step 2
Select a preset Tea Type or manually set your desired water temperature.(Hot Water is 212°F.)
Step 3
Select the Strength or set the desired brewing time of the basket staying in the boiled water. (Hot Water is 0:00.)
Step 4
Press Keep Warm or set the Delayed Start timer if needed. Press the Tea/Cancel button to start making tea.

Other Features
Quick Boil
Press Hot Water directly, up to 57 oz water can be boiled within 5 mins. You can stop it whenever you want.
Delayed Start
Set the tea program, long press the Delayed Start button, set the start time with the arrow buttons, and then press Tea/Cancel button to start the counting down. (Make sure you set the current time correctly first!)
30-Minute Keep Warm
Keep Warm defaults on with the blue indicator, long press to cancel or re-activate. The tea maker will keep warm between 105°F to 140°F for up to 30 minutes after brewing.
