Vintage School Teaching Aide Home Made Folk Art. Much loved classroom toy/game/educational  tool. Designed for younger ages.  Clock numbers with two arrow hands.  A map of pre-1959 United States.  Corners have addition, subtraction, multiplication and division signs.  There are two wheels (one on either side) which control  the numbers. (Probably some kind of scoring).  The creator of item wrote their initials on back.  The piece is in very nice condition.  There are some scoring scratches under each scoring number.
Plus some general wear, particularly at the corners.  This home-made school toy/game is folk art as well as an educational tool.  Handsome piece displays very nicely.  Measures approximately 19" × 19".
