Vtg Tinkertoy Toy Maker Set No. 444 with Instructions 1957

Here is a played with, Tinkertoy Toy Maker Set, No. 444 w/deteriorated instruction sheet dated 1957.
The set includes 94 reusable color safe hardwood & sturdy plastic parts.
There are some flaws - the instruction sheet has come apart, now in 3 pcs.
2 yellow & 1 blue colored sticks have an end broken & the white cab roof has a small crack & 1 large blue piece has a cracked corner.
The container has a crease line at top going part way around & there are wrinkle lines in the paper.
There is a small area w/a faint brown stain line by the word Maker on 1 side of the container.
The lid is slightly dented but still fits into the container.
This is a Toy Tinkers item from Questor Education Products Co.
Our adult son is downsizing his childhood toys.
Suggested for ages thru 8 yrs., but there would be a choking hazard warning, small pieces, not for children under 4 yrs.
Everything is clean & ready to use.
